Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

This notice applies to entities or individuals, including end-users and users, who have subscribed to our services and have agreed to the terms.

Anthrena, Anthrena Studio, and our other products are offerings of PantherSightHQ Business Solution (collectively "we," "us," and "ours"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy notice describes how we process personal data in our capacity as a controller (we decide what personal data is collected and what it is used for) or processor (we process data only as instructed by the controller), as the case may be. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal data.

This policy covers our websites, products, and services — including Anthrena (conversational analytics and related tools) and Anthrena Studio (no-code augmented analytics) — unless a product-specific notice states otherwise.

If you have questions or complaints regarding our privacy notice or practices, please contact us at hi@anthrena.com.

2. Sign up and account information

We may ask for certain information such as your first name, last name, and email address when you register for an account. We may store information you send through the service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide our services.

We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information collected through the service. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps — such as requesting a unique password — to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information, and for controlling access to email communications from us. Your privacy may also be affected when you link your information to third-party or social media sites. In such cases we are not responsible for disclosure of information by those third parties.

3. Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and other contact details when you sign up or contact us.
  • Usage data: How you interact with our products, including queries, feedback, and feature usage.
  • Data you upload: Datasets you import for analysis. This data is processed as necessary to provide the service (including in-browser processing where applicable).
  • Technical and other information: When you use the services, we may automatically receive and record device model, IP address, browser type, usage patterns through cookies and browser settings, query logs, and product usage logs (collectively, "Other Information").

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services
  • Process your requests and support your use of our products
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Develop new features and analyze usage patterns
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

5. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to measure traffic, usage trends, and approximate location for the services you use. Data collected this way may be used to improve those services.

6. Cookies, clear GIFs, and web beacons

We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you, remember preferences, and understand how you use our sites. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie banner.

We and our advertising or analytics partners may use technologies such as web beacons to analyze trends, administer the website, track movements around the site, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on these technologies on an individual and aggregated basis. Essential cookies support site functionality; analytics cookies help us improve our products.

7. Marketing communications

We may use your email address, collected as part of account or contact data, to send newsletters and marketing communications about our products and services. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can opt out by following the instructions in those emails or by contacting us at hi@anthrena.com.

8. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate our business (for example hosting, analytics, and AI model providers used to generate insights).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or lawful requests of law enforcement; to enforce our terms of use; to protect the security or integrity of our service; or to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PantherSightHQ Business Solution, our users, or others.

9. Data retention, security, and compromise

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

In the event that information under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to data portability. Contact us at hi@anthrena.com to exercise these rights.
